Rathayatra Festival Video 2005

This was put together for a presentation to Westminster City Council, Greater London Authority, Metropolitan Police, and London Fire and Ambulance service.

The purpose of the presentation was to show the history of the festival, its international status and then request permission to extend it by three times the size!
